Morning dew

Fresh and soothing morning tea on lemon verbena, lemon mint, horse mint and tagetes. The leaves are picked in Falsled Kro's vegetable garden in the morning, when the dew has fallen, and the plants' liquid content, aroma and flavor intensity are at their highest. Particularly suitable for starting the day.

Tasting notes: Citrus, floral, light oregano.

The gardener's rest

Deep, fruity and relaxing afternoon tea with shiso, tagetes and raspberry leaves. The leaves contain strengthening amino and omega fatty acids, and the deep umami taste of the shiso leaves gives a satisfying and relaxing sensation in the body. A tea that gets the shoulders down and the energy up. Can be enjoyed hot or cold.

Tasting notes: Deep, umami, fruity, slightly floral, herbal.

The embers of the fireplace

Deep, relaxing and flavorful perfumed evening tea on blackcurrant leaves, licorice leaves, lavender and sage. The combination of herbs and flowers makes you relax more and fall asleep more easily. Enjoy the tea in front of the fireplace and feel the warmth spread throughout your body.

Tasting notes: Fruity, licorice, perfume.

Our tea blends are produced by the inn's gardener, Martin Peter Leth, who trained as a chef at Søllerød inn, and developed in collaboration with the inn's restaurant manager, Annika Tørnes.

Each bag is suitable for two pots of tea.
